Brady, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of her decision to resign from the Board, effective immediately. Ms. Brady also resigned from her positions as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective as of the same date. Her decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
