(the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the planned test of tivoxavir marboxil in a Phase 2a human influenza challenge study has been deferred due to a negative review of the program by the United Kingdom’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
