Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. On June 1, 2026, CCT Tokyo Funding LLC (“CCT Tokyo”), a wholly owned subsidiary of FS KKR Capital Corp. (the “Company”), entered into a Ninth Amendment to Loan and Servicing Agreement (the “Ninth Amendment”), which amends that certain Loan and Servicing Agreement, dated as of December 2, 2015, by and among CCT Tokyo, as borrower, the Company, as servicer, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as administrative agent and lender (the “Administrative Agent”), and the other parties thereto. The Ninth Amendment, among other things, extends the maturity date from June 2, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
