On May 19, 2026, the compensation committee of the board of directors of Silver Bow Mining Corp. (the “ Company ”) granted stock options (the “ Stock Options ”) under the Company’s 2022 long term incentive plan to certain of its named executive officers. Mr. Wade Black, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, was granted 15,000 Stock Options exercisable at a price of US$11.50 per share for a period of five years and that vest 1/3 on May 19, 2027, 1/3 on May 19, 2028 and May 19, 2029, subject to continued service. Mr. Phillip Nickerson, the Company’s Vice President of Exploration, was granted 30,000 Stock Options exercisable at a price of US$11.50 per share for a period of five years that vest 1/3 May 19, 2027, 1/3 on May 19, 2028 and May 19, 2029, subject to continued service.
