As previously disclosed, on July 21, 2026, Fly-E Group, Inc. (the “Company” ) received a delinquency notification letter (the “Notice” ) from the listing qualifications staff (the “Staff” ) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ( “Nasdaq” ) notifying the Company that it no longer met the periodic filing requirement for the Nasdaq under Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule” ). Based on the July 23, 2026, filing of the Company’s Form 10-K for the period ended March 31, 2026, Staff has determined that the Company complies with the Rule.
